Bongolix VoD Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bongolix VoD, owned by BK Networks Co.
Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these
terms, do not use our services
2. Account Registration
2.1
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old
to create an account and use Bongolix VoD.
2.2
Account Information You must provide accurate and
complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.
2.3
Account Security You are responsible for maintaining
the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that
occur under your account.
3. Service Usage
3.1
License We grant you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Bongolix VoD for
personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited Activities You agree not to use the service
for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws, or to infringe on the rights of
others. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing your account with
others.
- Circumventing any technological
measures used by Bongolix VoD to control access to the service.
- Using the service to
distribute, transmit, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or
otherwise objectionable.
4. Content
4.1
Ownership All content provided on Bongolix VoD
is owned by or licensed to Bongolix VoD. You do not acquire any ownership
rights by using our service.
4.2
Restrictions You may not reproduce, distribute,
modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or
sell any content or information obtained from or through Bongolix VoD without
our express written permission.
5. Payment and Billing
5.1
Subscription Fees By subscribing to Bongolix VoD, you
agree to pay all applicable fees as described during the subscription process.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise determined by
Bongolix VoD at our sole discretion.
5.2
Billing Information You must provide accurate billing
information and keep it updated. You authorize us to charge your payment method
for any fees due.
5.3
Changes to Subscription Plans
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to
time. However, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will
apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
6. Termination
6.1
By You, You may cancel your account at any time
by following the instructions on our website. If you cancel your subscription,
you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current
billing period.
6.2
By Us We reserve the right to terminate
or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Use or for any other
reason at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
7.1
Service Availability We do not guarantee that the
service will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Bongolix
VoD may be subject to interruptions, delays, or other issues beyond our
control.
7.2
Limitation of Liability To the
fullest extent permitted by law, Bongolix VoD and its affiliates, officers,
directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits
or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use,
goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or
inability to use the service; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our
servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or
cessation of transmission to or from the service; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan
horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service by any
third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or
damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed,
transmitted, or otherwise made available through the service; and/or (f) the
defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
8. Governing Law
These
Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of
Tanzania.
9. Changes to Terms of Use
We
may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of any changes by
posting the new Terms of Use on our website. Your continued use of the service
after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
